Given the intended age range of Hayes Comfort Crew and the unique features built into the design, we completed multiple rounds of testing in both Canada and the United States. This process was thorough and detailed - exactly as it should be for products designed for children.
The result was a product that meets the rigorous safety standards and certification requirements necessary for children's products in both countries.
While testing isn't always the most visible part of product development, it is one of the most important. It's the work parents may never see, but it's the work that helps provide peace of mind.
