Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with House of Hayes. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and that you know exactly what to expect. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification once your order has been fulfilled and handed to our carrier.
Shipping Method
We currently ship all orders via regular mail. This is an economical shipping option suited to most everyday orders. Please note that regular mail does not include guaranteed delivery dates or real-time tracking in all cases.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
- Domestic orders: Typically 5–10 business days
- International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–6 weeks depending on customs and local postal services
Please note these are estimates only. House of Hayes is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at the email address below and we will do our best to assist you. We recommend waiting at least 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reaching out, as delays can occasionally occur during peak periods.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. House of Hayes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to make changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee amendments once processing has begun.
